Diverse Lynx is looking for M365 admin to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Administration and Configuration:Manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses within Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) using tools like Azure Active Directory.Configure and customize M365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive to meet organizational needs.
Security and Compliance:Implement security measures and compliance settings in M365 to protect data, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure regulatory compliance.Monitor security features, implement policies, and perform risk assessments to mitigate potential threats.Troubleshooting and Support:Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to M365 applications, connectivity, and access.Troubleshoot problems with email, collaboration tools, and other M365 services.
Migration and Upgrades:Plan and execute migrations from on-premises systems or previous versions to M365 services.Coordinate upgrades, patches, and updates for M365 applications to maintain optimal performance.Training and Documentation:Conduct training sessions for end-users or IT staff on M365 features, best practices, and updates.Maintain documentation, guidelines, and user manuals for M365 applications and configurations.Collaboration and Integration:Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to integrate M365 applications with other systems and tools.Ensure seamless interoperability between M365 and other platforms or services.
Skills and Qualifications:M365 Administration: Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and administrative consoles.Security and Compliance: Understanding of security features, compliance settings, and data protection within M365.
Troubleshooting Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to M365 applications and services.Technical Support: Ability to provide user support, resolve technical problems, and assist with configuration or setup.Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication for user training, documentation, and collaboration with teams.
