Job Description

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 15 years of proven expertise in human resources management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and refining our HR strategies, systems, and processes to align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys goals
  • Lead and manage the entire recruitment and selection process
  • Design and oversee HR systems, policies, and procedures across the organization
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Utilize HR metrics to support decision-making and performance improvement
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
  • Contribute to strategic planning as a member of the management team
  • Maintain HR databases and manage employee records
  • Oversee employee development, training, and retention initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • People-oriented with strong results-driven approach
  • Leadership skills and the ability to design and implement HR strategy
