Job Description of Scaffold stage Sales Manager:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Scaffold Stage Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations within the scaffolding and staging division. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven sales record, and excellent leadership skills to drive business growth, manage key accounts, and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the scaffolding and stage equipment sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, event companies, construction firms, and rental clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote the brand and solutions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to senior management.
