Experience Required:
3 to 8 years of experience in operating and maintaining machines in a production environment.
Qualification:
ITI (Mechanical , Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Electrical)
Job Locations: Navi Mumbai, Bhiwandi, Thane
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve production targets as outlined in the production plan.
- Operate and maintain machines independently.
- Perform troubleshooting and ensure timely action to minimize breakdowns during operations.
- Ensure pouch sealing quality meets specified standards.
- Monitor text and barcode accuracy printed on pouches.
- Manage a team of 10 workers, assigning tasks based on skill and ability.
- Report daily activities and issues to the Production Supervisor.
