Job Description: - IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibility:

As part of a Tech team you will need to handle network operations, hardware, operating systems, system architectures. The ideal candidate for this full time permanent position would be a self-motivated, proactive individual with a can-do attitude & a passion to stay upgraded on skills as per the requirement of the Group Company & Project team.

Duties :

• Provide first point of IT Support contact for all WEPL - Aguad staff across the network
• Install, configure & maintain network services, equipment and devices
• Configuration of routing and switching equipment.
• Monitor systems and implement changes
• Install & Configure Cameras & Biometric machines with regular maintenance
• Ability to investigate issues and requirements and identify and prioritise appropriate solutions
• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records.
• Offer assistance to other employees in the use of various technologies

Qualifications, Experience & Skill requirements:

Key Skills

• Linux operating systems, Networking, IT management, Cameras, Hardware, Biometric
• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology preferred.
• Interest in technology
