JD for Sr. Designer Interiors

• Front line Designers, Interior Space Planners.
• Calling and Meeting the customers, Pitching for sales, taking the requirement and providing designs and estimation
• An artistic designer with good sales acumen, at least 5+ Years experience in decorating interior spaces with good Sales skills.
• Working-on with Autocad, Google sketch-up, Lumion, V-ray, 3Dsmax etc
• The key responsibilities include Calling and Meeting the clients Pitching for sales and Design visualizing and preparing sketch design as per client requirement.
• Coordinating with the design team for detailing
• Good material and products knowledge, coordination with procurement team.
• Meet with client and understand the client's objectives and requirements.

JD for Sales Manager - Interiors

• Calling the leads and Regular follow-up with customers.
• Ensure sales to achieve a higher conversion rate output.
• Achieve Target of 12 to 15 projects a month, by ensuring new projects bookings.
• Responsible for Customer Experience Relationship Management.
• Managing the sales in Interior experience centre will be an added advantage
• Ability to analyse data and report out findings that are actionable by both business and technical teams
