DynPro - Siebel Developer - CRM Implementation (3-7 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Siebel Developer with over 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Siebel CRM solutions. You will work on customizing Siebel applications, integrating with other enterprise systems, and supporting CRM implementations across business domains.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customize Siebel CRM modules (Sales, Service, Call Center, etc.) as per business requirements.

- Develop and configure Siebel components using Siebel Tools, Business Services, Workflows, EIM, and EAI.

- Implement Siebel Open UI for improved user experience.

- Perform Siebel data migration and integration with external systems (SOAP/REST APIs, Oracle, etc.

- Debug and troubleshoot Siebel applications, prepare documentation, and support UAT and production deployments.

- Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams for functional validation.

- Apply patches, upgrade Siebel environments, and ensure CRM platform stability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience with Siebel Tools, Siebel Configuration, EIM/EAI, Workflows, and Business

Services.

- Working knowledge of Siebel Open UI customization.

- Hands-on experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with Siebel 20.x or higher versions.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
