Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Manager - Repayment Operations
Department: Operations
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities
- To manage Disbursal, Repayment, Reconciliation & Settlements.
- Collections Management Payment channel Recon, Repayment management- UPI, NACH, Repayment audit, etc.
- Manage mid to large size team to drive the Onboarding and Critical Reporting to the Senior Management team.
- Ability to make operations excellence as the USP of the organization (lowest TAT, highest FTR (First Time Right), six sigma in quality, best productivity.
- Ensure that there is a strong understanding of the settlement Recon process and ensure for a smooth reconciliation and settlement process as per Timelines.
- Automation and process improvement.
- Processing & adherence to all SLAs at various stages of the operations to ensure seamless BAU.
- Hands on experience in Driving Automation & System Enhancement project.
Qualifications Required
- Graduation/Post Graduation.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Financial Operations preferably in Bank/NBFC/Fintech.
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
