Job Title: Lead Insurance & Revenue

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic candidate to lead the setup and growth of our retail insurance & payments vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance/ payments industry, with proven experience in managing business operations and partnerships. This role will involve extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams and external insurance partners to establish and scale the vertical while achieving defined business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end setup and operationalization of the retail insurance and payments vertical.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, legal, and finance to ensure smooth vertical integration.
• Establish and nurture relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
• Drive business development initiatives to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Implement processes, frameworks, and best practices to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Prepare and present progress to senior management regularly.
• Manage a team and coordinate with internal and external resources to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Post Graduation in (Marketing/ Sales/ Finance).
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in the BFSI sector, preferably with retail insurance/ payments products.
• Strong understanding of BFSI products and regulatory environment.
• Proven track record of managing business verticals or P&L responsibility.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
