Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage business analysis activities for ERP and enterprise software projects.
  
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  
• Engage with both Indian and international clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows.
  
• Prepare functional specifications, business cases, gap analyses, and user stories.
  
• Lead client meetings, product demos, UAT sessions, and provide functional support during implementation.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, development, QA, and support teams.
  
• Utilize Power BI for functional reporting and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  
• Drive project planning, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction.
  
• Manage and mentor junior business analysts or team members (if applicable).
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and project management roles, preferably in the ERP/enterprise software domain.
  
• Strong understanding of business processes across various domains (finance, inventory, manufacturing, etc.).
  
• Experience working with Indian and international clients.
  
• Proficiency in Power BI for functional reporting and business insights.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
  
• Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
