HR Executive

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Coordinate and manage employee on boarding and off boarding processes.
• Manage employee data, including personnel files and HRIS data entry.
• Manage employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal employment laws.
• Support performance management initiatives, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in special projects and HR-related initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
