- 8-12 years of HR experience in high-growth startups or similar environments
- Proven track record of setting up and scaling HR functions
- Strong experience in both strategic HR and hands-on execution
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High empathy, integrity, and bias for action
- Strong understanding of startup dynamics, culture building, and changemanagement
- Above everything, willing to learn continuously and keep improving
