ROLE OVERVIEW:
The HR Tech Specialist plays a critical role in driving HR digitization and process improvements within the HR team. Acting as a business analyst for the HR team, this role bridges the gap between HR and IT, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions to enhance HR processes. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing HR systems, facilitating change management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate and enhance existing HR processes through digitization and automation.
Lead the implementation and maintenance of HR technology platforms, including HRMS and performance management systems to ATS, LMS etc.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure smooth integration and functionality of HR systems while addressing user issues.
- Create and manage HR dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Monitor and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Drive adoption of HR tools through training, user support, and change management initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging HR tech trends and recommend system upgrades or optimizations.
- Act as a point of contact for HR technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in HR technology or HRIS administration.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with experience in process improvement.
- Hands-on experience with HR platforms like Darwinbox, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and IT security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
