About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR leader to join our Corporate HR team as Sr. Manager / AVP Corporate HR. This individual will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, driving performance management, leading digital HR transformation initiatives, and closely partnering with the CEO on organization-wide priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational objectives, business growth, and people-first culture.
CEO HR Partnering:
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic HR initiatives, org design, workforce planning, leadership hiring, and succession planning.
Performance Management (PMS):
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end performance management systems including OKRs, KPIs, appraisal frameworks, and continuous feedback models.
Digital Transformation in HR:
- Lead and champion HR digital initiativesHRIS implementation, automation of HR processes, and leveraging analytics for decision-making.
Culture Building & Change Management:
- Drive cultural initiatives, employee engagement, and change management programs especially in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
HR Policies & Governance:
- Create and govern HR policies, ensure compliance, and enable HR operations excellence.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 10+ years in core HR roles, with strong exposure to Corporate HR, preferably in start-ups or IT/Tech organizations.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of HR as a business enabler; experience in scaling HR practices in growing companies.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work directly with C-level executives and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Digital Savvy: Experience in implementing or managing HR Tech tools like SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, etc.
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute is preferred.
