Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly energetic and strategic Head of Growth who combines deep experience in healthcare partnerships (especially hospital tie-ups) with proven ability to scale B2C and B2B sales engines. This individual will drive revenue across multiple channels, lead high-performing teams, and own end-to-end growth for our homecare and eldercare verticals.
The ideal candidate brings strong Pan-India hospital relationships, has independently led P&L functions, is deeply data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-led culture. Exposure to digital marketing, lead conversion funnels, and a strong CHC (customer-healthcare-caregiver) understanding is key.
Key Responsibilities:
Hospital Partnerships & Institutional BD
- Lead and scale Pan-India hospital tie-ups, unlocking referrals for homecare services (nurses and GDAs)
- Open doors into chain hospitals (Apollo, Max, Fortis, etc.) through personal network and structured outreach
- Co-develop partnership SOPs and account management plans for sustained hospital engagement
Revenue & P&L Ownership:
- Own P&L and drive business across B2C, B2B, and institutional channels
- Deliver aggressive monthly/quarterly revenue targets while managing CAC and retention KPIs
- Build sales and delivery capabilities to scale operations without compromising on experience
Digital & Inbound Growth:
- Lead collaboration with marketing on digital campaigns, lead management systems (CRM), and nurturing funnels
- Analyze conversion patterns and close feedback loops between leads and on-ground teams
- Bring in fresh growth hacks across online & offline channels to maximize revenue.
Team Leadership & Expansion:
- Lead on-ground BD teams, calling teams, and enterprise sales force with clear OKRs and coaching
- Create a performance-driven, metric-oriented culture with dashboards, review cadences, and territory accountability
- Mentor emerging leaders to take up zonal/functional ownership
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in healthcare sales, hospital alliances, homecare, or health-tech growth roles
- Strong track record of building and scaling partnerships across hospital chains nationally
- P&L owner with consistent year-on-year business growth and team expansion
- Fluent in sales data, funnel metrics, CAC/LTV, and digital marketing principles
- Tier-1/ 2 MBA with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to blend strategic thinking with on-ground hustle - comfortable in boardrooms and fieldwork alike
