Role & responsibilities

• Proactively sell travel packages, flights, hotels, and tours to individual and group clients.
• Handle inbound/outbound sales calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Build customized travel itineraries based on client needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information on travel destinations, costs, accommodations, and activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends, destination knowledge, and promotions.
• Process bookings using internal systems and ensure proper documentation and payments.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues before, during, or after travel.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and logistics.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in travel sales or a related customer service/sales role (minimum 13 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of travel products (e.g., airlines, hotels, travel insurance, visa requirements).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Proficient in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors degree in tourism, business, or related field is preferred.
