About:
- Manage B2B sales for the automotive segment, including OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, auto ancillaries, and component manufacturers
- Lead key account relationships with automotive clients; manage pricing, supply contracts, and service SLAs
- Drive regional revenue growth and profitability in line with business objectives
- Lead a team of area managers and sales engineers; monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure target achievement
- Develop and execute account-specific strategies to increase product penetration and market share
- Coordinate with R&D and technical service teams to support product trials, approvals, and technical issue resolution
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adjust sales strategy
- Ensure timely order fulfillment, payment collection, and complaint resolution
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance dashboards
