Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site Senior Key Account Manager role located in Bengaluru at Eqaro Guarantees. The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture key accounts, ensuring the satisfaction of clients while meeting business targets and KPIs.
- Develop business strategies to grow and retain these accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow revenue, enhance customer relationships, and improve service offerings for key accounts.
- Front-end client interactions by maintaining strong relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet agreed-upon targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including operations, creative, and marketing teams, ensuring smooth project execution and alignment with client expectations.
- Assess business leads, manage the qualification process, and mobilize resources accordingly. Generate and negotiate new income for the company to meet annual revenue targets.
- Manage special projects end-to-end, including understanding client requirements, setting objectives, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful execution from start to finish.
- Conduct skip-level meetings and provide guidance to drive professional growth and productivity.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Ensure the prompt and systematic servicing of all business inquiries, fostering long-term relationships through excellent customer service and strategic problem-solving.
- Maintain a strategic and commercial approach towards marketing, client servicing, and business negotiations.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, with a solid track record of developing and executing business strategies. Experience with managing high-value accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs, market trends, and business performance to make informed decisions and drive growth.
- High level of customer service skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
