Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with 1 to 22 years of experience to lead our Fraud Risk Management team as a Unit Head. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing assets, credit cards, and fraud risk management.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the development and implementation of fraud risk management strategies.
- Lead a team of professionals in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential fraud risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas of improvement in fraud prevention and detection.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in fraud management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of asset management, credit cards, and fraud risk management principles.
- Proven experience in post-issuance processes and unit head roles.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
