Sales Executive

We are Hiring for one of our client based at Coimbatore

• Graduate degree from any recognized university, Preferred in Business Administration, Marketing.
• Exp into B2C Sales, field sales, end to end sales .
• Understand clients' requirements regarding price, size, and location of properties.
• Present a selection of properties that meet clients' needs and provide detailed explanations during site visits.
• Conduct site visits to showcase properties and provide expert advice
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
• Identify potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting.
• Keep clients informed about the status of their offers and the progress of negotiations and contracts.
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
• Explain sales terms and conditions, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both parties.
• Identify and target potential clients through prospecting techniques such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Continuously seek new opportunities to expand the client base and increase sales volume.
• Candidates need to be well versed with Tamil.
