Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of IT roles, requirements, and technical skills.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify specific IT recruitment needs and the desired qualifications for each role.
• Utilize specialized job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and other digital platforms to source potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for IT roles.
• Conduct initial phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidates' technical abilities, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and IT trends to understand the evolving needs of the industry.
• Provide guidance to candidates on the interview process, benefits, salary, and company culture.
• Negotiate job offers and finalize arrangements between candidates and the company.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role within the technology recruitment sector.
• Familiarity with various IT roles and technical skills (e.g., programming languages, databases, network infrastructure).
• Experience with recruiting platforms and tools, including resume databases, professional networks, and social media.
• Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interviewing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and engage with IT professionals.
