Job Description
We are hiring for Executive Assistant to People & Culture Director!!!
Location :Pune
Experience : 5 to 7 Years
Job responsibility :
- An Executive Assistant who will closely work with our Board Member and Director - People & Culture, to execute and support strategic People projects driving a keen sense of EVP.
- Graduate / PG with minimum 5-7 years of experience into assisting an executive.
- Adorning a project lead hat at time, the EA would also assist the Director & top management of the organization across a gamut of People & Culture topics.
- You can design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our analytical and business needs.
- Plan, coordinate & ensure the People & Culture Directors schedule is followed & respected, seamless execution of Outlook calendar management, Task lists etc.
- Aid Director in preparing for meetings, creating agendas etc.
- Responding to emails and documents request on behalf of Director.

I got a good & understanding team. My team was the best thing i liked at EY.
EY is all about cost cutting. They offer average pay packages & with marginal increments & bonus. There are a lot of deductions in form of penalties which are totally unnecessary & unacceptable. Poor work like balance & unnecessary deductions makes working at EY bad.
