Job Description
- Experience : 4+ years
- Design Tools 3D : Hands on experience on UG NX CAD tool, handling DMU/Vehicle CAD Model, Component packaging, Harness routing with electrical routing module
- Experience in harness design tools like Capital XC or any other equivalent tool will have preference
- Should have good knowledge of preliminary routing concepts like Bending radius, Overstock, Branch looping for static and dynamic parts
- Should have good communications skill with cross functional teams to ensure correctness of harness routing path/holding arrangements for harness
- Should be able to understand the vehicle assembly sequence and define harness routing accordingly
- Should be able to qualify connectors, terminals, clips, splice, grommets etc
- with electrical attributes
- Should be able to take ownership in handling project from concept to product implementation
- Hands on experience on PLM, Teamcenter Data management tool, BOM compare, ECN release activity
- Exposure to auto component assemblies and manufacturing processes
- Good knowledge of component & Technology
- (EV, ADAS, Hybrid) Hands on exp
- Vehicle Electrical integration, Integration of new Electrical features
