• Experience 8+ years
• Should have working exp as Tech lead at OEM or equivalent design center
• Should be able to lead a team of design engineers Project estimation and monitoring
• Reviews and reporting

Should have working experience on below scope requirements:

• System specification definition
• Circuit design and analysis
• Load calculation
• Power and grounding strategy
• Vehicle network system (CAN/LIN)
• Functional Schematic System level benchmarking
• Components impact analysis for supplier development
• Homologation requirements and impact on Electrical system CFT/RWUP data analysis for Electrical specification impact C/DFMEA for Electrical Systems, Sub systems and Components
• Design for Service , Warranty analysis exercises for Electrical system and components and target setting
• System Design Specification and Component Design Specification detailing Feature development Definition of component specification Design requirement & Test specification preparations Reverse Engineering Component development, Design validation and release Vehicle level test specification, Validation plan (DVP&R)
• Testing & failure analysis, Physical Validation of components
