Senior Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell insurance and loan products.
  

• Customer Needs Assessment: Understand and assess customer needs to recommend suitable products.
  

• Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  

• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance and loan products.
  

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies during sales processes.
  

  
  
  Requirements

  Eligibility criteria:
  

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience of at least 2 years in tele sales, preferably in financial products.
    

  • Communication Skills: Excellent English and Hindi verbal communication.
    

  • Interpersonal and Persuasion skills: Strong inter-personal and persuasive abilities to convert leads into sales.
    

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.
