Detailed Skillsets:
- Experience in DevOps (CI/CD Pipelines) activities across multiple environments. Preferred in Gitlab
- Experience in Monitoring Tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk usage and configuration
- Experience on any one Programming Language (Java/Python) and good understanding of how applications are deployed
- Experience on deployment and debugging of Angular/React based applications
- Basic understand of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience in supporting applications in SpringBoot/Oracle DB/Green Plum/Thought spot/Kafka
- Significant understanding of IT industry methodologies and principles (DevOps, Agile, SOLID )
- Ability to read application source codes in Python, Java, PL/SQL and Linux Shell Scripting and be able to troubleshoot application issues in production.
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues, logs in production and provide application support for business users.
- Find recurring failures and perform root cause analysis to understand them and recommend corrective actions
- Understand Job flows for triage (Control-M/Airflow)
- Collaborate with engineering team to maintain and ensure the reliability of new equipment or modified assets and installations
- Measure and optimize system performance
- Comply with Service Now lifecycle
