Job Description
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in test in a web-based software product environment, preferably with Microsoft .NET applications
- Writing test automation scripts and executing automated tests
- 6+ Years of experience with JIRA, Selenium , Playwright, SQL , TeamCity, Git lab , Automated and manual testing
- Testing in in an AWS environment will be added advantage.
- Experience as an Agile Scrum Master with relevant Certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience working on Agile teams
- Good Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys working in a highly effective, deadline driven, and fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrates creative problem skills, dedication to perfection, and has a results-oriented spirit.
- Domain knowledge of Wealth Management and/or financial services is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to show flexibility and reach compromise where appropriate
- Willingness to take ownership for assigned aspects of the project
- Ability to innovate and iterate, willingness to experiment quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work constructively in a shared team environment
- Relevant 3rd level degree or professional qualification
- Good Communication skills.
- Experience testing on a major cloud platform e.g., Amazon AWS, Google, Azure
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Agile software project management/bug tracking tools e.g., Jira
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python
- Experience working with Test Case Management Tools e.g., TestRail, Client QC
- Experience in Database Automation Testing tools.
- Experience in the banking and associated financial industries
- ISTQB foundation certified or certified in a recognised Testing certification
- Experience Range: 3 to 7 years
- Contract Tenure: 6 months (extendable up to 12 months)
- Interview Process: The selection process includes a technical round with the India team, followed by a round with the US team. In some cases, an additional technical round may be conducted based on the need.
