Job Description
The Assistant Manager of Dialer Operations is responsible for managing and optimizing dialer campaigns, overseeing the team s performance in metrics reporting, analysis, and forecasting. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and collaborates closely with other members of the operations team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a call center or BPO environment with expertise in Dialer platforms (Aspect or Predictive Dialer)
- Proficient in understanding and analyzing Contact Center metrics
- Familiarity with Analytic tools such as Advanced Excel, STAT, SPSS, etc.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and coach team members
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong leadership skills, effective people skills, ability to multitask, and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to collaborate with cross-departmental teams and participate in company-wide initiatives
