Europ Assistance - Manager - Finance - CA/ICWA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI (3-12 yrs)

Position: Manager Finance

Role

The Finance Manager will be responsible for entire finance & accounts functions including taxation, banking, audits, cash flow, controls, reporting, statutory and compliance, capex, decision support in leading growth of the business and ensures the formulation and implementation of the Finance in line with the strategy and corporate guidelines of the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

- Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.

- Prepare and present comprehensive MIS reports to senior management.

Planning & Budgeting:

- Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

- Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.

Accounting & Compliance:

- Ensure accurate accounting and compliance with financial regulations.

- Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Data Management & Reporting:

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using PowerBI and Excel.

- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

Strategic Initiatives:

- Support strategic projects and initiatives to drive business growth.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.

Qualifications:

- Preferably a Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant), CS (Company Secretary), CWA (Cost and Works Accountant), or MBA from a Tier 1 institute.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the broking and insurance sector.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

- Proficiency in PowerBI, SQL, and Excel.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
