EHS Lead

o Develop and implement Safety Improvement Plans to enhance group-wide safety performance in consultation with the Corporate EHS Head.

o Coordinate with plant-level teams for plan execution.

o Design and implement group-wide safety training programs.

o Ensure the training programs are cascaded effectively to all plants.

o Develop and revise corporate safety procedures.

o Ensure implementation of safety standards across all locations in alignment with corporate policies and procedures.

o Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements across all locations.

o Ensure timely regulatory applications for all locations.

o Conduct and review periodic safety and fire safety audits at all locations.

o Ensure consistent implementation of safety standards through regular monitoring and auditing.

o Drive fire safety projects in compliance with regulatory requirements.

o Ensure timely completion of fire safety projects.

o Ensure thorough incident investigations as per defined procedures.

o Develop holistic Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and ensure their closure and sustenance.

o Monitor and track EHS CAPA progress to closure.

o Conduct Safety Risk Assessments (HIRA).

o Identify hazards and implement necessary control measures.

Stakeholder Engagement Cross-functional Collaboration

• Liaise with factories, corporate teams, regulatory bodies, and external agencies on sustainability and EHS initiatives.
• Communicate sustainability goals and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with procurement teams to enhance supply chain sustainability and improve resource efficiency.

Data Management Reporting

• Collate data from all units, Maintain proper records and documentation as per sustainability and EHS guidelines.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management on sustainability KPIs and compliance status.
