Senior Salesforce Developer - LWC/FSL/Apex (4-7 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Developer/Tech Lead specializing in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), UI/UX principles, and Field Service Lightning (FSL). In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical aspects of Salesforce projects, designing and developing robust and scalable solutions, and mentoring junior developers.

You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality applications. Your expertise in Salesforce technologies and your leadership capabilities will be crucial in driving innovation and efficiency within our Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership and Guidance :

- Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and skill development.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.

- Contribute to the development of coding standards, guidelines, and best practices for the Salesforce development team.

- Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Salesforce Development (Apex & LWC) :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Develop and maintain complex Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs.

- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using LWC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of developed solutions.

UI/UX Implementation :

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional Salesforce components.

- Implement user-centric design principles to create intuitive and efficient user interfaces within Salesforce.

- Ensure a consistent and positive user experience across all Salesforce applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX related issues.

Field Service Lightning (FSL) :

- Design and configure FSL modules to meet specific business requirements, including work order management, scheduling and optimization, inventory management, and mobile workflows.

- Develop customizations and enhancements to the FSL platform using Apex and LWC.

- Implement FSL mobile application configurations and customizations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FSL functionality.

Project Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities.

- Communicate technical solutions and challenges effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Collaborate with QA testers to ensure thorough testing and delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Provide regular updates on project progress and potential roadblocks.

Problem Solving and Troubleshooting :

- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce platform.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.

- Provide support for production deployments and post-implementation issues.

Documentation :

- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and deployment instructions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and experience in implementing user-friendly interfaces within Salesforce.

- Proven experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) configuration and customization.

- Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, VS Code, and Git.

- Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices for scalable development.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
