Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Manager with at least 10 years of proven managerial experience to lead our marketing operations. This role will be responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing strategies to support growth across government, healthcare, and enterprise sectors. You will work closely with internal departments to elevate the brand and generate demand through both digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.

Manage and implement multi-channel campaigns including digital, events, content, and direct marketing.

Drive lead generation and customer engagement strategies aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams for go-to-market planning and execution.

Manage digital presence: SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, email marketing, and paid advertising.

Oversee participation in trade exhibitions, government expos, and industry events.

Develop high-quality marketing collateral: brochures, videos, presentations, case studies.

Monitor KPIs, report on campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategy based on data.

Lead and manage the internal marketing team as well as external vendors or agencies.

Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in a marketing manager or leadership role.

Proven expertise in B2B marketing within technology, industrial, or government-related sectors.

Strong understanding of public sector procurement cycles and enterprise sales support.

Track record of managing successful marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.

Hands-on experience with digital tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, LinkedIn, email platforms).

Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation software is preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is an added advantage.
