Role Overview

We are hiring a skilled and proactive Production Manager with deep experience in electronics production and assembly line management. This role is hands-on, demanding strong technical understanding of electronic circuits, wiring, PCB assembly, and system integration, with the ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality output on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electronic product assembly lines, including sub-assemblies and final integration.
  
• Ensure smooth execution of PCB fitting, harnessing, wiring, and electronic component assembly.
  
• Supervise shop floor operations and coordinate with testing, quality, and engineering teams.
  
• Optimize manpower and machine utilization to meet production targets and delivery deadlines.
  
• Monitor and control inventory consumption, material issuance, and work order flow.
  
• Enforce production quality standards, 5S practices, and safety protocols.
  
• Prepare and maintain production records, assembly checklists, and work instructions.
  
• Identify process improvements and minimize rejection/rework through root cause analysis.
  

Candidate Profile

• B.E. / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
  
• 8 to 12 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and assembly line management.
  
• Strong understanding of:
  
• PCB and system assembly
  
• Wiring, soldering, crimping
  
• Power supply & control panel integration
  
• Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams, wiring layouts, and assembly drawings.
  
• Experience working in security, medical, or industrial electronics is a strong plus.
  
• Team leadership, problem-solving, and shop-floor control skills are essential.
  
• Must be available to join immediately.
