Tietoevry - UiPath Developer - RPA Solutions (4-5 yrs)

This role requires a strong understanding of automation principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient and robust automation workflows.

You will collaborate closely with business analysts, process owners, and other stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver high-quality RPA solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess their feasibility.

- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to gather and document detailed automation requirements and process maps.

- Design scalable, robust, and efficient RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, adhering to best practices and development standards.

- Develop automation workflows utilizing various UiPath components, including activities, selectors, orchestrator queues, and triggers.

- Implement integrations with various applications and systems using API integrations, web services (SOAP/REST), and other relevant methods.

- Utilize the REFramework (Robotic Enterprise Framework) to build resilient and maintainable automation solutions.

- Develop and implement error handling and exception management routines within automation workflows.

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of developed automation solutions.

- Conduct thorough unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Identify, document, and resolve defects and issues identified during testing phases.

- Package and deploy automation workflows to the UiPath Orchestrator environment.

- Provide post-implementation support, including monitoring automation performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary fixes or enhancements.

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution design documents, process flow diagrams, and deployment guides.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath features, updates, and best practices.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within existing automation workflows.

- Contribute to the development of RPA standards, guidelines, and reusable components.

- Explore and evaluate new UiPath technologies and features, such as UiPath Document Understanding and AI Computer Vision, to enhance automation capabilities.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaborate effectively with business users, IT teams, and other RPA developers.

- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on development progress.

- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including:

- Technical Design Documents (TDD) outlining the automation solution.

- Process Documents detailing the automated business process.

- Issue Logs to track and resolve any problems encountered during development and testing.

- Possess the ability to thoroughly understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications for RPA development.

- Conduct system analysis to assess the feasibility and complexity of automation opportunities.

Strong practical experience in :

- Designing and building automation workflows.

- Managing, scheduling, and monitoring robots.

- Analyzing automation performance data (preferred, but experience with other analytics tools considered).

- Developing automations involving API Integrations and Web Services (SOAP/REST).

- Implementing automation using the REFramework (Robotic Enterprise Framework).

- Interacting with various desktop and web applications.
