As a Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Prompt Engineering, the associate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing prompts for advanced language models.

He/She will work closely with our data science, product, and engineering teams to create highly effective and efficient AI solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and optimize prompts for various natural language processing (NLP) tasks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective prompt engineering solutions.

- Conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of prompts and iterate based on findings.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in prompt engineering and NLP techniques.

- Implement best practices for prompt design and integration with existing machine learning models.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to prompt performance and accuracy.

- Document prompt engineering processes, methodologies, and outcomes for future reference.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Other specifications :

- Good Interpretation and Communication Skills.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on natural language processing.

- Proven experience in prompt engineering and developing NLP models.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Strong understanding of NLP techniques, including tokenization, embeddings, language models, and sequence-to-sequence models.

- Experience with large-scale language models (e., GPT-3, GPT-4) is highly desirable.

- Ability to design and conduct experiments, analyze results, and implement improvements.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
