Quality Analyst ( Digital )

Responsibilities

• Responsible for catching the content and layout errors and getting them fixed.
• Using various approaches to improve current quality standards and meet desired quality levels.
• Ensuring that each design meets client s expectations and specifications.
• Preventing design defects and reducing the number of feedback to 0.
• Preparing and implementing QC checklists outlining checkpoints for all brand clients.
• Implement attention to detail and expert-level command of written communication
• Developing proofreading/editing ability in a variety of formats and media, including PDF, PowerPoint, digital files, JPG, Microsoft Word and any other format files.
• Apply proficiencies towards design and typography fundamentals.
• Planning, prioritizing, managing and efficiently completing QC of multiple projects to meet project needs and schedules.
• Support the department managers and other members of the team as required.

• Concentration, accuracy, consistency and attention to detail.
• The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Knowledge in Standard Proofreading marks with PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) approach.
• Knowledge of Digital banners, E-mailers, Websites.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Animate CC Google Web Designer will be preferred.

• Graduate/Post Graduate
• Minimum 6 years of role-specific experience
• Satisfactory English communication skills.
