Good experience in Support backgroung You should have a customer centric approach

Fluency in English and regional language

Good experience in SQL, Json, HTML Good to Have

• Proficiency in CRM/Enterprise software and MS Office Suite.
• Experience in the SaaS or technology industry.
• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology).
• Proven 2- 4 Years of experience in technical account management or a similar customer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience in JSON and SQL.
• Strong understanding of software implementation processes and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

• The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing software implementation and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering support, and maintaining effective communication with clients .
