Here's what you will be doing at ExtraaEdge

• Lead by example; Provide 1st class customer delight experience through multiple channels
• Develop and nurture customers for advocacy.
• Work with clients aid the customer in achieving their goals.
• Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
• Take data-backed decisions to enhance customer experience.
• Measure KPIs for customers and agents.
• Continuous analysis of support tickets for internal workflow, customer experience and team effort optimisation.
• Develop a world-class self-help centre for customers.
• Recruit, mentor, train and develop the team members.

• Fresher or Min 1 Year of B2B Customer Support/Technical Support/Customer Deliver experience is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication (Regional language fluency must).

Work Hours:

• You are expected to work from 9:30 AM to 7 PM IST
