Willingness to travel and confidence to network with senior education leaders (Chairman, Directors, etc.)

Fluency in English and regional languages (Tamil Kannada, Telugu Tamil, Malayalam Tamil = major plus!)

• Prefer consultative selling over cold calling (We re here for the relationship, not just the transaction)
• Have a network in education or are ready to build one (no judgment here, we admire the hustle)
• Know your way around a sales cycle or can t wait to learn
• Love real-world work, face-to-face connections, and solving actual problems
• Are curious, coachable, and don t mind laughing at yourself (seriously, we do it all the time)

• Hit targets like you ve got a personal vendetta against them
• Build relationships that don t feel like sales pitches
• Prospect smart, qualify faster, and book meetings that matter
• Travel to campuses, solve real problems, and leave clients wondering how they survived without you
• Run product demos that ll make clients say, Where have you been all my life
• Write proposals so irresistible, they ll want to sign before you finish your sentence
• Partner with Customer Success for smooth onboarding (Teamwork makes the dream work)
