Motion Graphics Designer

• Develop and design creative graphics, animations, and layouts for various media including digital platforms, social media, websites, and print.
• Collaborate with the creative team and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Create and execute high-quality motion graphics using 3D and 2D animation techniques.
• Produce visual assets from concept to delivery, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and technologies in graphic design and motion graphics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills in both 3D and 2D design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout techniques.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute projects independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creating visual effects and compositing.
• Knowledge of 3D modelling, texturing, and rendering software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender).
• Understanding of video editing and post-production techniques.
• Familiarity with UI\/UX design principles and responsive design.
