Job Description :
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the growth of our platform, specifically through increasing the registration of nurses and other healthcare professionals and boosting platform revenues. This is an executive position that requires strategic vision, operational acumen, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies to drive the registration of nurses and other healthcare professionals on our platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare institutions and professionals.
- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the platform to potential users.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase platform revenues.
- Collaborate with key leaders across other departments to set goals, plans, and budgets.
- Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor performance metrics to gauge the success of our strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain an understanding of competitive trends in the healthcare job market and adapt strategies accordingly.
Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in strategy development and implementation, particularly in user growth and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare job market.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and manage operations.
