Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to oversee our Lending Post Disbursement Operations. This role will focus on ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of post-disbursement processes, including loan servicing and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lending operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management
Lead and manage the post-disbursement operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and reduce turnaround times.
Operations Oversight
Oversee the loan servicing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Monitor and manage loan repayment processes, including billing, Repayments ,NACH presentation and Reconciliation.
Process Improvement
Analyse existing post-disbursement processes and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring timely and effective customer support.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners, addressing any post-disbursement inquiries or issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to lending and post-disbursement operations.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of post-disbursement processes to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in lending operations, with at least 5-6 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in post-disbursement processes, loan servicing, and compliance.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in lending systems, CRM software, and data analytics tools.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to lending and loan servicing.
Preferred Skills:
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
