Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive for our Air Sea Freight division. This position requires the ability to generate and manage sales opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business, building relationships with customers, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the air and sea freight sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and presentations to customers.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of logistics services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the air and sea freight/logistics industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of air and sea freight services and industry regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and software.
Experience 2 3 years.
Education Qualification: Bachelor s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Additional Knowledge: Experience with logistics and freight forwarding industry.
