Dy. Manager / Manager - HR

Roles & Responsibilities

• Will be handling all HR activities including mass Recruitments and Joining.
• Will be handling legal issues.
• Dispute redressal/grievance handling.
• Will work closely with legal team for any HR/legal issues/matters.
• Preparing and sending various HR & legal related communications, notices, letters,filing of complaints (including Police Complaints) etc.
• Representing company in different courts/forums/tribunals/other agencies as and when required
• Handling Litigation matters arising out of employment related issues or any other connected legal matters.
• May have to travel to different locations all across India as and when required for legal related issues/matters.
• Have to strictly follow essential guidelines / company policies /directions of the Reporting Head/management.
• Would act proactively for completion of tasks in time bound manner including providing inputs to Reporting Head/management for decision.
• Taking corrective action for resolution of problematic issues and taking preventive steps to deal with similar situations in future.
• Proper, timely and regular updates to the Reporting Head.
• Maintaining records and proper documentation.
• Preparing all types of reports as and when required with accuracy & perfection.
• Any other tasks/duties assigned by the Reporting Head/management.

Preferred candidate profile

• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR Management/HR Practices/handling legal issues.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English - Proficiency & Comprehension (spoken and written).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel etc.
• Experience of around 4 - 7 years.
• Age between 25-30 years.
