Job Description
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Support interview scheduling and coordination between candidates and interviewers.
- Help with onboarding formalities for new hires including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and surveys.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.).
- Help maintain compliance with labour regulations and internal HR policies.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.
