L2 Network Engineer - CCNP Certified (5-9 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Level 2 Network Engineer with a valid CCNP certification and 5-9 years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting complex network infrastructures.

Must Have Skills :

- CCNP Global Certification

- Switching, Routing, Network Engineering, Change request, Indident

- Proven experience with enterprise-grade Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Responsible for coordinating with Field Engineers to troubleshoot issues related to Critical branches/offices.

2) Ownership of change request and incidents to determine root cause

3) Identification and mitigate various security threats Maintaining internal IT System in adherence with Bank policies and standards

4) Offsite technical implementation, installation, and configuration of hardware when required

5) All the escalations done by L1relating to other branches are handled by L2 Engineers.

6) Monitor, manage, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure and related network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)

7) Implement network configurations, security measures, and updates in line with industry best practices.

8) Assist in network design, planning, and capacity management for scalability and performance.
