Job Description
We areseeking an experienced Project Manager with strong technical expertise to leadthe successful execution of projects related to our GPT product. The idealcandidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience, a deep understanding ofcoding in Python, React.js, Next.js, and other languages, and the ability tobridge technical and business requirements. This is a hands-on role requiringtechnical fluency, exceptional project management skills, and the ability tocollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ensure clear and accurate Design,Development, Validation and Support activities to attain client satisfaction
Gather client requirements andtranslate these into system requirements. Further, communicate these systemrequirements with the tech teams
Define project scope, goals,milestones, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, trackprogress, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Serve as the primary point of contactbetween business stakeholders and technical teams.
Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints,stand-ups, retrospectives).
Experience:
10+ years of project managementexperience in the tech industry, preferably in AI, SaaS, or softwaredevelopment.
Proven ability to manage multiplecomplex projects and meet deadlines.
Minimum 2 references from clients orcompanies you have worked with.
TechnicalSkills:
Understand and review code in Python,React.js, and Next.js to provide relevant guidance and ensure alignment withproject goals.
Familiarity with relevant librariesand frameworks (eg, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Ability to translate functional /nonfunctional requirements to systems requirements
Design and code complex programs
Ability to write test cases andscenarios based on the specifications
Knowledge of architecture frameworks,and design principles; ability to comprehend & manage technology,performance engineering.
Basic domain knowledge in order tounderstand business requirements
ProjectManagement Skills:
Proficiency in using projectmanagement tools (eg, Jira, Asana).
Experience managing agile projectsand facilitating sprints.
Communication& Leadership:
Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts tonon-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead andcollaborate with cross-functional teams.
