About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic product development team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and innovative features for our core product. You will work across the full stack, utilizing your expertise in .NET, React.js, Azure, and SQL to craft exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate is a passionate problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, maintainable code.

This position requires working in afternoon/night shifts, collaborating with a global team, and includes a night shift allowance. Compensation is highly competitive, and we believe in rewarding top talent.

Key Responsibilities :

- Full Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using .NET/.NET Core, React.js, and related technologies.

- Front-End Development : Build responsive and engaging user interfaces using React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Redux, and Hooks.

- Back-End Development : Develop robust and efficient APIs and services using .NET/.NET Core, Entity Framework, and Web API.

- Database Management : Design and optimize database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and manage data integrity using SQL Server or Azure SQL Database.

- Cloud Deployment : Deploy and manage applications on Azure cloud platform, utilizing services like Azure App Service, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps.

- Code Quality : Write clean, well-documented, and testable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers in an Agile environment across global teams.

- Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and stability.

- Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends and proactively share knowledge with the team.

- Shift Work : Comfortable working in afternoon/night shift timings, with night allowance benefits.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Experience : Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

- .NET Development : Strong proficiency in .NET/.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework.

- React.js Development : Extensive experience with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Redux, and Hooks.

- Database Skills : Strong understanding of SQL Server or Azure SQL Database, database design, and optimization.

- Cloud Computing : Proven experience with Azure cloud platform, including deployment and management of applications.

- Version Control : Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.

- Agile Development : Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Communication : Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a global team setting.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

- Remote Work : Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.

- Shift Flexibility : Must be comfortable working in afternoon/night shift timings.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with microservices architecture.
