Chief Business Officer - Non Tech Leadership

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Business Officer (CBO) to lead our business strategy, growth, and operational excellence across all non-tech functions. This leadership role will be responsible for driving top-line revenue, building strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, customer success, supply chain, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute long-term business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Own end-to-end business performance including revenue growth, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and lead high-performing teams across sales, marketing, operations, and customer success.
• Drive market expansion, new business development, and client retention strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, and other CXOs to align business functions and deliver organizational success.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions.
• Establish strong governance and operational frameworks for scalability and accountability.
• Represent the company at key external forums, industry events, and with strategic partners.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record of 15+ years in senior leadership roles driving P&L, revenue growth, and business operations in non-tech domains.
• Strong leadership and people management experience across diverse functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Exposure to B2B and/or B2C industries such as retail, FMCG, healthcare, manufacturing, services, etc.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, GTM strategies, and customer engagement models.
