Job Summary:
- As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for mid and senior-level roles across various functions.
- You will also be tasked with creating and publishing high-end dashboards and reports, using data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes.
- Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in managing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRMS, and advanced tools like ChatGPT/Gen AI to streamline and enhance the talent acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities:
Mid and Senior-Level Hiring:
- Lead and manage the recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions across multiple business functions, ensuring the selection of high-quality candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role specifications and assess candidates' qualifications and fitment.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates for mid and senior leadership roles.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews, including competency-based assessments, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
Creating and Publishing Dashboards & Reports:
- Develop and manage high-end, data-driven dashboards to track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, and quality of hire.
- Generate and publish detailed reports for leadership and HR teams, offering actionable insights into recruitment performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Use tools like Power BI, Excel, and advanced reporting platforms to visualize and analyze recruitment data and trends.
Talent Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for mid and senior-level roles, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
- Forecast future talent needs and continuously source and engage candidates for potential leadership roles.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to ensure alignment on hiring needs, recruitment strategy, and talent selection criteria for mid and senior roles.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, candidate status, and potential challenges.
Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with mid-and senior-level candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage candidate expectations, including compensation discussions, interviews, and offer management for mid and senior roles.
Technology Integration in Recruitment:
- Leverage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRMS to streamline the recruitment process, ensuring accurate tracking and smooth workflow management.
- Utilize advanced tools like ChatGPT and Generative AI to assist in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates more efficiently.
- Implement AI-based tools to improve candidate shortlisting, automate communication, and enhance overall recruitment efficiency.
Recruitment Strategy & Process Optimization:
- Contribute to the development and optimization of recruitment strategies and processes, incorporating best practices for mid and senior-level hiring.
- Ensure recruitment processes are streamlined, efficient, and continuously improved to meet evolving business needs.
Talent Market Intelligence:
- Keep up to date with market trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor hiring practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top-tier talent.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify new talent sources and innovative recruitment strategies.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Provide senior leadership with regular, actionable reports on recruitment performance, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze recruitment data to uncover trends, optimize sourcing strategies, and enhance decision-making in talent acquisition.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background: MBA - HR (Full Time)
- Experience: Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on mid and senior level hiring across diverse functions.
- ATS & HRMS Expertise: Extensive experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS, ensuring smooth operation and optimization of recruitment workflows.
- Advanced Reporting Skills: Strong proficiency in creating and publishing dashboards, using tools like Power BI, Excel, or other reporting platforms to track and present key recruitment metrics.
- AI & Automation Tools: Hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Generative AI, or other AI-driven tools for sourcing, screening, and automating candidate engagement.
- Senior-Level Hiring Expertise: Proven track record of successfully hiring mid and senior-level roles, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges in recruiting leadership talent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders and candidates.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on hiring objectives and expectations.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort in using modern HR technologies and platforms to enhance the recruitment process and improve overall efficiency.
